Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 11, 2026This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on enterforja.com, the purpose of each category, and how you can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings.
Legal notices, privacy rights requests, formal complaints, and questions for the legal team should be sent to legal@contact.enterforja.com.
1. What are cookies
Forja is a product of Design Glyphe LLC. Design Glyphe LLC operates the Forja website and is the data controller responsible for these cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your device across sessions, store your preferences, and collect information about how you interact with the site. Some cookies are essential for the website to function. Others are used to improve performance or personalise your experience.
2. Cookies we use
The table below describes the categories of cookies used on this website, including specific cookie names where known.
| Type | Cookie names | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | __convexAuthJWT, __convexAuthRefreshToken | Required for authentication and session management via Convex Auth. Set by the Next.js middleware. These cookies cannot be disabled without breaking sign-in functionality. | Session or persistent (up to 7 days) |
| Functional | forja_dismissed, forja_prefs | Store your preferences such as dismissed banners, selected tabs, and UI state, to improve your experience on return visits. | Up to 12 months |
| Analytics | _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics 4 measures page views and navigation paths after you explicitly allow analytics. These cookies are not set until consent is granted. | Up to 26 months |

Cookie names may change as our technology stack evolves. This table reflects the cookies in use at the time of the last update. We will update this page when material changes to our cookie usage occur.
3. Local storage and similar technologies
In addition to cookies, this website may use other client-side storage technologies, including:
- localStorage. Used to persist user preferences and UI state across browser sessions (such as dismissed announcement banners or theme preferences). Data stored in localStorage does not expire automatically and remains until cleared by the user or by the website.
- Consent preferences. We store your analytics consent choice in localStorage so Google Analytics 4 remains disabled unless you explicitly allow it.
- sessionStorage. Used for temporary data that is only needed during a single browser session (such as form state or navigation context). Data stored in sessionStorage is automatically cleared when the browser tab is closed.
We do not currently use tracking pixels, web beacons, or fingerprinting technologies. If we introduce any such technologies in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
4. Third-party cookies
Some cookies on this website are set by third-party services we use:
- Convex sets __convexAuthJWT and __convexAuthRefreshToken cookies for authentication session management via the Convex Auth platform.
- Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and related measurement cookies after you grant analytics consent. These cookies help us understand traffic and site usage.
- Vercel may process access logs and performance data at the edge network level but does not set persistent tracking cookies.
These third parties operate under their own privacy and cookie policies. We do not control how third-party cookies are set or used beyond the scope of our service agreements with those providers. For details on how these services handle your data, refer to our Privacy Policy.
5. Consent and your choices
Cookies are categorised by necessity:
- Essential cookies are strictly necessary for the website to function. They are placed without requiring your consent, as permitted under UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
- Functional cookies store interface preferences and similar non-essential settings. You can manage those preferences through your browser settings and any preference control we provide on the site.
- Analytics cookies are placed only if you allow analytics through the consent banner or the preference control below. Google Analytics 4 remains disabled until that consent is recorded.
You can withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time through the preference control below or by clearing site data in your browser. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
ANALYTICS PREFERENCES
Current analytics consent status: Not chosen. You can change this choice at any time.
If you are in the UK, EU, or EEA and want more detail on consent, lawful bases, and your data rights, see our GDPR Policy.
6. Do Not Track signals
Some web browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal to websites. There is currently no universally accepted standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals.
At this time, this website does not respond to DNT signals. You can manage your cookie preferences using the methods described in Section 5 (consent choices) and Section 7 (browser settings) of this policy. We will update this section if a universal DNT standard is adopted and we implement support for it.
7. How to manage cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse new cookies, delete existing cookies, and set preferences for specific websites. The exact steps depend on your browser. Consult your browser's help documentation for instructions.
Please note that disabling essential cookies will affect the functionality of this website, including the ability to register interest or submit applications. Disabling functional cookies may result in a less personalised experience. If you previously allowed analytics, you can revoke that choice using the preference control above and clear your browser cookies to remove existing analytics identifiers immediately.
To clear localStorage and sessionStorage data, use your browser's developer tools or clear all site data through your browser's settings.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the cookies we use, changes in our technology stack, or changes in applicable law. The date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made. Continued use of this website after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
9. Contact
If you have questions about how we use cookies or other tracking technologies, or need to contact the legal team about cookie/privacy rights, email legal@contact.enterforja.com. For broader privacy enquiries, see our Privacy Policy and our GDPR Policy.
